This privacy policy explains how Vorynexaltiumcs s. r. o., registered office Mlynské nivy 48, 821 09 Bratislava, Company ID: 56 487 921 (hereinafter the “controller”), processes personal data of visitors of vorynexaltiumcs.com in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection.

2. Scope of processed data
We process your first name, last name, e-mail address and, where applicable, phone number provided through our contact and newsletter forms, as well as technical data (IP address, browser type, login records).
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to send the newsletter (legal basis: consent), to inform you about investment opportunities (legitimate interest) and to comply with statutory obligations in the field of AML and tax law.
4. Retention period
We retain the data for the duration of your consent, but no longer than five (5) years from the last contact. After this period the data are securely anonymised or deleted.
5. Recipients and processors
Data may be shared with IT service providers, e-mail platforms and auditors located in the EU. We do not transfer personal data to third countries outside the EEA.
