These terms and conditions govern the rules for using vorynexaltiumcs.com and the relationship between Vorynexaltiumcs s. r. o. (hereinafter the “operator”) and its users.
1. Introductory provisions
The operator of the website is Vorynexaltiumcs s. r. o., Company ID: 56 487 921, registered office Mlynské nivy 48, 821 09 Bratislava, Slovak Republic.
2. Subject of activity
The operator provides information about real-estate crowdfunding and gives investors access to selected residential projects in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 on European crowdfunding service providers.
3. Registration and use of the service
The user declares that they are over 18 years of age and have full legal capacity. Before making any investment decision, the user is obliged to read the risks and documentation of the specific project.
4. Investment risks
Investing in real-estate projects entails the risk of partial or complete loss of the invested capital. Past performance is not a guarantee of future returns.
5. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by a separate Privacy Policy, which forms an inseparable part of these terms.
6. Intellectual property rights
All content of the site, including texts, photographs, logos and graphics, is protected by copyright and is the exclusive property of the operator, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7. Final provisions
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes will be heard by the courts of the Slovak Republic with subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction.
